Wenzel X-Orbit Series

The Wenzel X-Orbit is a cost effective derivative of the world renowned Wenzel LH series of intrinsically accurate CMMs. 

X-Orbit utilizes the industry standard Renishaw TP20 and TP200 probing systems and offers volumetric accuracy of 2.5 microns. (Beware of cheap non Renishaw probe imitations with no proven performance and questionable long-term reliability).

It’s not a revolution. It simply a derivative, a no compromise CMM with proven performance for the budget conscience customer. Maximum performance, no frills, and affordable price.

With accuracy at its HEART and straight to the point! X-Orbit is an accurate CMM straight and true; not a machine with skin deep accuracy derived only from a mathematical error map. Our competitors have lost tHE ART of building accurate CMMs and rely totally on veneered accuracy.

Wenzel RH Series

The RH series of Xtreme Bridge CMMs are designed to accommodate the measurement of large size manufactured parts.

Machines are designed for shop-floor installation and are equipped with machine tool grade linear guideway in the X axis; the Y and Z axes feature finely tuned preloaded roller bearings providing minimum friction and wear-free operation.

Optional Thermal Compensation allows CMM accuracy to be maintained in less than perfect temperature conditions.

The Z axis pneumatic counterbalance is capable of holding the Z ram in any position regardless of probe weight. The CMM Cast Iron table is finely lapped according to DIN 876/2. The X and Y axes are protected by bellows.
